Hello NS,
Currently the RadGridView does not expose such event but you can subscribe to the CollectionChanged event of our SelectedRecords collection - that way you will be able to detect selection changes.
While it is too late to get that feature in the Beta2 release (to be published tomorrow), we will be adding it in the official release that is due the end of July.
