"Select Files" button in Modal issue

we did a few tests

when the Kendo Upload is displayed in a modal DIV
clicking that button will not trigger a "browse file" window 

how should i solve this case?

It is not cleared for us what is causing the issue. Please send us an isolated runnable example, that demonstrates the problem, so we could inspect it locally and assist further.
