Scrolling with Long Tree

Hello,

I have a long tree view, where the tree items go below the viewable area of the page.  I tried wrapping this with a ScrollViewer, but that didnt' do anything.  How can I enable scrolling for this long tree?

Right now, the list of items is truncated.
