Hi, 

I have searched with no luck so far if it is possible to scroll (with horizontal and vertical scrollbars) a large diagram.

Hello, Ray,

We have a using a scrollbar article in the documentation:

As for a built-in feature, there is a feature request and I added one vote on your behalf here:
