ScreenTips problem

If you access the ScreenTips in the Designer for any item in the RibbonBar and then change your mind and cancel out you will find ScreenTip code artifacts still left in the designer code section for the form

Hello Steven,
We are aware of this issue but it is not something specific for the RadScreenTip. It occurs when deep nested and complex hierarchies are built, like with the RadRibbonBar because we are pushing the design-time capabilities of VS.NET to the maximum as it is not designed to handle such cases. At present we are working on couple of design-time problems including yours but we are unable to point at some clear time-frame when the fix will be available.
