Can the date labels in scheduler be customized to display arbitrary labels instead of dates? Instead of seeing Mon 1/1 Tue 1/2 can I show Item 1 Item 2 ... ?

Hi Nik,

The Kendo UI Scheduler is using the pointed days with dates as a part of the scheduling. The dates actually represent a property of the actual event items.

The Views (and headers) could be changed as follows:

Day, Week, Work Week, Month, Agenda, and Timeline

The key features of the component are:

  • Day, Week, Work Week, Month, Agenda, and Timeline views
  • Multiple Resources and Resource Grouping
  • Templates for Appointments
  • Time Zone Support
  • Simple-to-Customize Look and Feel
  • Rich API for maximum flexibility
  • Export to PDF
  • Accessibility, keyboard navigation and RTL Support
  • Rich cross-browser and mobile support
  • Responsive HTML 5 Rendering

If assistance or information for anything else is needed, do not hesitate to contact me and the team.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
