If I understand correctly, you would like to save the RadPivotGrid layout to a database and restore it afterwards. If this is the case for the time being we do not support saving and loading the layout of RadPivotGrid. We do have a feature request for it and you can subscribe for status changes and add your vote for it here: http://www.telerik.com/support/pits.aspx#/details/Issue=12936.
