I am having a hard time tracking this down. Perhaps someone can help direct me to where I need to go. I have existing reports on an existing server that I currently access thru an Url (http://server.Reports/Report.aspx?ItemPath=/Directory/ReportName). Is it possible to access these reports thru the Silverlight Report Control and. if so, how do I go about doing it programmatically?

Thanks

Hi John,

We need a little more information about your setup. We would like to know how do you access these reports - are they report definitions, trdx files or exported reports (pdf, excel, etc), do you use a Report Viewer to preview them or you just download them?

If you want to use the Silverlight Report Viewer to simply view a report you can find more information in the Silverlight Report Viewer help article and the related subarticles. You have to know that the reporting engine resides on the server and the reports are accessed using a WCF service.

If you need to view trdx files - please check the related help article - How to: Implement and use custom IReportResolver and the blog post Extending Telerik Reporting Service with Custom IReportResolver.
