rowCollapse toggles between expanding and collapsing detail rows

Whenever I call rowCollapse for any detail row, if the row is already collapsed it will expand that row, and if it is expanded it will collapse the row, like a toggle method rather than a collapse, is this expected behaviour?  The expandRow method does not do this.

Indeed, you are correct about the issue you described.  However, we managed to address it and the fix will be available with the next official release of the widget as well as in the next internal build. Meanwhile I have update your telerik points as a token of gratitude for bringing this to our attention.
