Hi,
I have 2 questions.
1. How Right-drag to create a RadDiagramConnection with RadDiagramShape and RadDiagramShape?
2. I want to change 5 connect point to 1 center connect point. (Or there is no connect point to displayed, create RadDiagramConnection by Right-drag DiagramShap) .

I want to Connector like this.
But Connectors.Remove() is not a good solution.

I am not sure that I fully understand your first requirement. Please give me a clarifying example so that I can better understand you.
Regarding your second requirement, please note that you are allowed to adjust the connectors of the RadDiagramShapes. You can find more information on that matter in our Custom Connectors article.
