Restore 2019.3.917 package

I can't restore the kendo on mu new laptop,

I mapped my project and it required to restore the kendo , but it appear this message !
any help ?

but this problem must be solved in the last year! 
why it's appear again ?

Hello Wafaa,

During a trial you have access to the trial version that is available in the trial period. For example version 2019.3.917. After a trial, if you purchase a license, you will get access to the licensed versions and should use a licensed version, instead of a trial version. 

You can check the versions available to your account by:
  • Right-clicking the solution in Visual Studio.
  • From the context menu select Manage NuGet packages.
  • Set Package source to "All", click on the Browse tab and search for Telerik.UI.for.AspNet.Mvc5 (see the attached screenshot).

You should see the available package/-s listed. See the attached screenshot.

If you need access to a specific version that does not appear available, please submit a support ticket and let us know which version you want access to.

this issue still appear when I tried to restore the package again on a new device

Could you please confirm that you have gone through our Installing with NuGet article? That would help us to narrow the possible reason for the problem.
