Is there a way to represent time range as data on timebar? 
I attached a picture demonstrating the view I need to implement (I created it using RadCartesianchart)

Hello,

I am a little unsure what we can do to help. You mention that you have already implemented this using the RadCartesianChart. You can check out our timebar-over-chartview sdk sample.
