Reposition and always show scroll buttons

I would like to position both the scroll buttons for the tabstrip to the right (see screenshot) and let them always be visible. Any thoughts on whether this is possible and how to get that working?

Hello Ron,

The "previous" button can be made visible and moved to the right hand side of the TabStrip through custom CSS. See the following dojo example, which shows a possible approach.
