Hi All,

1st report is connected to SQL data source and 2nd report is connected Web services data source.

When user view is shifting from 1st report to 2nd report, 2nd report is taking time to load (2 minutes or more .. delay ).

Until the 2nd report loads the UI is blank white screen.

Thanks,

Vikram

Hello Vikram,

Can you elaborate on the scenario?

Which viewer do you use? How much data does the second report fetch from the Web Service? Did you monitor how fast the Web Service delivers the data?

You may attach a Trace Listener to the project hosting the Reporting engine (e.g. the Telerik Reporting REST Service if you use the Html5 Report Viewer). It will log the exact time used for report processing and rendering so that we can figure out which is the time-consuming process.

Check also the Performance Considerations article for hints on improving the report performance.

You may open a support ticket and send us a minimal runnable project demonstrating the problems for local investigation.
