Hi,

In our application we perform a report refresh by using ReportViewer.RefreshReport(). After this refresh the preview is always jumping to the top position of the report.
Is there a way to keep the old position so the user hasn’t to scroll down after every refresh? For example by jumping back to the cursor position which I already know from the OnInteractiveActionEnter event?

Thanks and kind regards,
Markus

Hello Markus,

The RefreshReport command causes the viewer to re-request the report. Then the report is processed and rendered on the server machine and the updated HTML is delivered to the client (in the viewer).

Please feel free to log a feature request for having an option to set at which position you want the report to be displayed. Features are considered for implementation based on the demand for them.

Regards,
Stef
