We need to purchase Telerik Report Server to install at client internal network.
The client does not permit internet access
Can we install Telerik Report Server with offline install method?
and can we activate its licence offline?

Hello Mohammad,
After the license is purchased you can download the Report Server DEV offline installer from your Telerik account > Downloads. Choose Purchase from Licence dropdown menu and you will be able to download the .msi file. The installer should replace the trial version automatically.
