Hello Telerik Team,
I can't make Reporting work in VS 2015 Community. In the designer mode when I choose View->Data Explorer or others nothing happens.
In VS 2013 Community everything is ok. Could you confirm that in VS 2015 the designer is fully supported?

I installed Telerik.CommonPackage.vsix manually and it works now.
So there is propably bug in the Telerik Control Panel installer.

This is a known issue which will be fixed in the next official release of the product. In the meantime, you can use the suggested workaround to enable the Data Explorer and other report designer features.
