Hello Guys,
i recently updated my telerik reports to version 2017 R1 and i am facing one issue.
the reports are getting loaded fine but once the reports get rendered i can not click on any of the controls on report viewer like next page, previous page, print, zoom, export none of this works. i move mouse over this controls and it doesn't even show tool tip. strange thing is that even scroll bar is not working.
any help in this issue will be much appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Savan K. Parmar

Hello Savan,
Since you mention Zoom button, such was available for a short time in the old ASP.NET WebForms ReportViewer. The old web viewer is obsolete as of Q3 2015 and we recommend switching to the HTML5 Viewer - Migrate to the HTML5 Viewer from the old ASP.NET WebForms ReportViewer control. The HTML5 Viewer has a scaleMode allowing to scale the HTML in the viewer.
About the issue, please check if external CSS and/or JS causes the issue with the styles of the viewer. In case the page is ajaxified, check if the viewer is added in a valid AJAX scenario - AJAX support. The attached demo project illustrates the old web forms viewer that operates correctly after export/print. The project uses Telerik Reporting R1 2017 SP2.
