Is it possible to set up a report with a table that has excel like filtering similar to the grid control example shown here: https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/grid/examples/functionality/filtering/excel-like-filtering/defaultcs.aspx ?

Hello Jennifer,
Basically, it is possible to add Sorting Action. This option enables you to toggle between raw, ascending and descending order for the table's rows. The filtering and other functionalities are not supported by this Action. You can review the Custom action to see whether this possibility we have left will suit your needs.
The attached report demonstrates the Sorting action.
