REPORT SCHEDULING WONT SEND EMAIL

Hello, I've been setting up the "report scheduling" and I just found out that it's not functioning, I'm done setting up the mail server and it was successful. Now I'm setting up the scheduled report but it doesn't do anything. Did I miss something?

What happens if you execute a scheduled task manually, does it go or there are errors? If there are errors, could you please share the error messages?

It is possible to troubleshoot the issues related to Scheduled Tasks using a Trace Listener added to the Report Server Service Agent configuration file. The log created by the listener might point us to the cause of the issue. Please check Telerik Report Server Service Agent is not running KB article for details on how to add a listener.

You may also attach a trace listener to the report server application itself, please see step 3 of the Troubleshooting Report Server KB article. The generated logs from the Service Agent and the Report Server should be able to help you resolve the issue/s.

Additional information may also be logged in the machine's Windows Events. You can use the Event Viewer to inspect the events logged from w3wp or serviceAgent processes and see if there is any helpful information.
