The rendering speed depends on report complexity and rendering extension - rendering lots of record in XAML or HTML format will be slower compared to PDF or Image rendering due to the amount of markup that needs to be generated. Although we were unable to find the attached CSV file, we would need to specify which rendering format is used and provide more details about the report design so we can give more detailed answer.
