Here's a video showing that. I'm using the integrated reporter from Visual Studio.

Hi George Adam,
I tested to reproduce the issue with Visual Studio Report Designer and Telerik Reporting version 12.2 18.1017. I was not able to make the TextBox disappear/appear as shown in the video.
Are there any changes made manually in the InitializeComponent() method, i.e. ReportName.designer.cs/vb file?
Does the report inherit from another report, i.e. *not* from Telerik.Reporting.Report.
Could you elaborate on the exact steps to replicate the problem so that we can investigate it locally.
Consider also opening a Support ticket and sending us a sample report definition replicating the problem.
