I upgraded from VS 2008 to 2010.  Now when I double-click on my report.cs file, it opens as a C# file instead of opening in the report designer.

What did I do wrong?

I don't know what Telerik's response will be, but I have encountered a similar problem when adding an existing reporting from somewhere else -- it won't open the designer automatically, just the C# file. What I do is right-click on the .cs file in Solution Explorer, and select "View Designer." See the attached jpg for what that looks like.

Hope that works for now!

Thanks, Rose.  Good suggestion.  And trying it led me to discover what my problem really was:

Before I upgraded from VS 2008 to 2010, I uninstalled all my VS add-ons.  After installing VS 2010, I reinstalled "all" of my add-ons.

All except Telerik Reporting, that is.  Duhhhh!
