    Are the following steps best?

    1. create reports in VS

    2. create custom assembly to house reports

    3. use web part in sharepoint to show.

    Or is this not possible?

    Hello Steve,

Your question was transferred to Telerik Reporting forum.

I opened active_walker.png attachment, however, it does not show any information just a blank space. Check if the correct image was chosen and test attaching it again.

To display reports in a web application, our recommendation is to use HTML5 Report Viewer. It is a JavaScript/HTML/CSS based widget that requires a running instance of Reporting REST service in order to communicate with the server where the reports are actually processed.

Detailed information on how to integrate the viewer into the application is provided in How To: Use HTML5 Report Viewer in an application. We also provided WebForms and MVC wrappers for the viewer object that allow to configure the viewer with code.

Working demos that illustrate how to integrate HTML5 Viewer into the application can be found in product installation folder: [installation folder]\Progress\Telerik Reporting R3\ 2017\Examples\CSharp(VB).

I hope this information would help.

    Progress Telerik
