Reorder Column rejected

Hi,
When I set reorderable to true 
Drag the column the x sign always shows and never allow me to drop the column in new place.
I wander why your example work and mine is not.

I am not quite sure what causes this problem in your application. Could you please send a small but runnable project that reproduces the problem? This way I would be able to investigate the problem in details and advice you further. Thank you in advance.

on the page the bottom grid cannot reorder column.
If you still really need the small project I will try to find time to create one.

Also on the same page and bottom grid there is a problem when resizing column - it does not follow mouse drag correctly. Mostly the problem is in IE.
 
I would appreciated your feed back and the problem need to a remedy for our client. Or we will have to use other gird because our time is running out.

The top grid and bottom grid cannot reorder or resize properly in IE.
I am spending lots to time to find out.
If possible could you tell me the script that use for reorder and resize? 
I think the different from your example is that my grid are inside radsplitters.

Hi i found the root cause, and can fix inside your web.js

by adding offset to the hint b/c the hint can not be right be hide the mouse or drop will be rejected.
