Hi Rajika,
The approach for displaying images in a report is to use the dedicated Reporting PictureBox item. The Html <IMG> tag is not supported in our HtmlTextBox. Currently we do not have plans to extend the supported HTML tags as this would mean for the Reporting tool to become a full-blown browser, which is outside its scope.
The workaround we recommend is described in the referred forum post - custom approach like rendering HTML as an Image with third-party tool and using the image via PictureBox item - check How to render any HTML tags and CSS attributes in reports KB article for an example.
