I have a report book with two reports. The content of the first report is dynamic such that it will only consume half a page or more. Due to the default behavior Second report anyway will start from second page. Is it possible to move content of second report to the first page. So there won't be any white space between contents of both reports (continuous)

Hello Hari,

In the Report Book by design each Report starts on a new page - Report Book Paging article.

As a workaround, instead of a Report Book, you may use a single Report and include the second report as a Subreport in the end of the first report, or vice-versa. You may place the Subreport in the Report Header/Footer. This way you will be able to control the Page Break through the corresponding section PageBreak property (by default there is no page break).

My report book is a combination of many reports which has around 10 different templates (10 different reports therefore). If I try Subreport solution the solution will be complex right?

Is there a better way to have a continuous report book without any half page breaks.

I have attached a file of what I need as an attachment

Hello Hari,

In this scenario the most optimal workaround is the usage of subreports which are placed in different report sections. The Report Book is only a collection of reports which are combined in a book. When it is previewed each subsequent report is displayed on a new page and this behavior cannot be modified.
