Is this problem caused by the font I used or does it have something do with the report configuration?

Hi Sasikumar,
You may check the Characters not appearing correctly in PDF files KB article for instructions on tackling the problem.
It may be necessary to set the FontEmbedding of the PDF Device Information Settings to Full if the Eczar font is not available server-side.
The privateFonts Element article may also be useful.
