On a side note, please keep in mind that posting questions to our forums is a good way to get feedback from others in the community, but it doesn’t come with a guaranteed response from our staff like support tickets do. Therefore we highly recommend using the support ticketing system when you need a timely response to urgent issues. This is the best way to reach our support staff - the support system assigns a response time for all of your questions, depending on your license and ensures that all questions will reach the respective developers, if needed.
