The radToolStrip.DragEnded,radToolStrip.DragEnding,radToolStrip.DragStarting events are not fired. The radToolStrip.DragStarted is fired ...dozen of times but not exactly when I am expacting it. :)
The documentation says: "occurs just after the appearance of the dragged item as a floating element. " . In my test it was fired after I docked an item.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused you.
I'm going to fix this issue and check again all events of RadToolStrip for the upcoming Service Pack releases of RadControls for WinForms. However, at present I'm not able to give you a specific time-frame when the Service Pack will be available.
