RadControls for WinForms do not provide built-in translations in different languages. However, they provide you with the ability to translate (change) the strings yourself. For RadSchedulerNavigator you can use SchedulerNavigatorLocalizationProvider. For more information, you can refer to this article.
You can check the existing translations that our community has submitted here. You can submit your own translation there in case it is not in the list.
