Hi Naresh,

Thank you for your interest in our RadRibbonBar control.

I have tested your steps in our Demo Application RibbonBar example but the key tips are shown as expected multiple times while pressing the Alt key. To further assist you I will need to share some code snippets of how the keytips are set on your side. You can also send a video of the described behavior. If you can isolate this in a standalone project, that will be great. This way I can take a closer look at your implementation and debug it on my side.
