RadRibbonBar items text disappears on minimize

hi,
I use RadRibBonBar, and RadElementTree as its elements, when I minimize the form that RadRibBonBar used in, the text of that elements disappear...
How can I  solve this problem

Such an issue was already reported by another user of ours and it is already addressed in our latest release. Please give it a try with Q1 2012 SP1 and if you continue experiencing it, please provide us with exact information describing how to reproduce it, so we can handle you case too.
