Hello ,

Thank you for writing.

According to the provided screenshot, it seems that you have added a RadRibbonForm which has a RadRibbonBar by default. Additional information is available at the following link: http://www.telerik.com/help/winforms/forms-and-dialogs-ribbonform-overview.html

Feel free to use RadForm instead.

If you are still experiencing any further difficulties, it would be greatly appreciated if you specify the exact steps how to reproduce the problem. Thus, we would be able to investigate the precise case and assist you further. Thank you.

I hope this information helps. Should you have further questions I would be glad to help.

Regards,
Dess

Hello,

Thank you for writing back.

If you use a RadRibbonForm and customize its default RadRibbonBar at design time, it is not supposed to obtain a second RadRibbonBar. If you are still experiencing the described behavior, please specify the exact steps that I should perform in order to replicate the problem. Thus, we can make an adequate analysis of the problem and assist you further. Thank you in advance.

It would be greatly appreciated if you can provide a sample video demonstrating the steps. You can use Jing (a free tool) for capturing the video. Thank you in advance.

I am looking forward to your reply.

Regards,
Dess
