radRibbonBar automatically added when it already exists

Hi All, 

i create new winform and add radRibbonBar, but whenever open the form, it automatically added a another, please see attach file.

Feel free to use RadForm instead.

If you use a RadRibbonForm and customize its default RadRibbonBar at design time, it is not supposed to obtain a second RadRibbonBar. If you are still experiencing the described behavior, please specify the exact steps that I should perform in order to replicate the problem.
