Hello

I know this is going to sound stupid, but I was wondering if anyone could explain in a simple walkthrough on how to use the RadPanel Bar in Microsoft Expression Blend 2.

I'm a super noob as you can tell.  thank you in advance

Hello Ken,

As a start you can read this blog:
http://blogs.telerik.com/KirilStanoev/Posts/08-09-04/Editing_Telerik_s_Silverlight_Controls_in_Expression_Blend.aspx

It is not for the RadPanelBar but the principle is the same. Also this is WPF so you don't need custom project. Just create new WPF project in blend add reference to our assemblies and drop RadPanelBar in the design area. After that right click and edit the control template.

Let me know if need more help.

All the best,
