Hello!
I really like the RadDocking component and all it's features and I will like to use it in my application but I think it has a major drawback at this moment, or it's only me not knowing how to use it.
The problem:
When there is a RadPane undocked you can see a button that it's opening the RadPane if the mouse it's over it. Opening the RadPane is made with some kind of an ugly animation, for example if the pane is docked in the left side, the animation reveals it from left to right but slowly and clipping. Is there any way to disable this animation and only make the RadPane visible or not?
Not to mention that if in the DocumentHost I have a real time chart - as in my application, every time the chart has new data (redrawing itself), the RadPane is clipping ( again! :) still in undocked mode)
So for an application that is already requiring many resources I need a stable & robust component. Can you help me in that direction?
Regards,
RoxanaC

We are currently working on the animation customization feature and it will be included in the Q1 release (and in beta 1 as well). This feature will allow you remove the animation or to put a better one.
About the clipping - could you please provide a screenshot, move or an example, because I cannot clearly understand what is going wrong?

I'm afraid this is very hard to reproduce because I've gave the zip file to two of my colleagues and the clipping could not be reproduced on their computers. This behavior is somehow disturbing, and I could not know how powerful are the computers of the people that are going to use the application and if this will reproduce or not...
What should happen - undock the right panes and press one of the buttons on the left ( don't dock the pane ). At my computer, every time one of charts from the left is refreshing, the pane is clipping in the area above the refreshing chart.
Thank you!

This could be caused by the charts. Could you please give us some more information about the real-time chart you are using. The Docking control shouldn't do clippings on its floating panes - they are just displayed in a Canvas that is over the Docking control.

Sorry! I thought I attached a zip file to my reply. Do I need a support ticket in order to do that?

Thank you Miroslav!
I was expecting that after I saw that my colleagues cannot reproduce it either, sorry for wasting your time...
I hope it is only on my computer and will not reproduce in production :D
Best regards!

Hello Roxana Cocariu,
Currently we are developing our controls mainly against .NET 3.5. The appearance of any problems related to .net 4 is absolutely possible as we are not testing our controls for the new .net framework.
