Why would you want to do that? I assume that Telerik will use components of PageView to implement the Tabbed Document internally if they haven't alredy done so.
If you would like to have a RagePageView control as the content of a document window, just place the control on a Form or create a custom control that you then add to the document window.
I usually prefer to create a custom control for each document or toolwindow. Currently I have many tabstrip controls on my user controls not migrated to PageView yet because of layout bugs in Q2 2010.

Hi guys,
@erwin
Thank you for your reply. Indeed, we have plans to replace all the tabstrips within RadDock with their new equivalent, namely RadPageView in StripView mode. The layout problems you mention are already fixed and the fixes will be available in our upcoming Q2 2010 SP1.
@neha
This functionality can be easily achieved with our current version of RadDock and RadPageView. You do not need to replace the internal RadDock tabstrips, you can play with different RadDock and ToolTabStrip settings and to adjust them accordingly. You can have a look in the RadDock examples of our Examples Center application. More information can be found in the RadDock section of our documentation.
Kind regards,
Georgi
