RadGridview data export prompted for no entry found

     Clicking the export button indicates that the entry was not found

    Hi Hong,

    I have tested this and it works as expected on my side. Could you please translate the message so I have a better understanding of the case? Are you using the latest version of the Teleri UI for WinForms?

    According to the provided brief description, it is not clear enough what is the exact setup on your end and how to replicate the problem you are facing.

    RadGridView supports several built-in methods for exporting data listed in the following help article: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/winforms/controls/gridview/exporting-data/overview

    I would recommend you to use GridViewSpreadExport which utilizes our RadSpreadProcessing library to export the content of RadGridView to xlsx, csv, pdf and txt formats. This article will explain in detail the SpreadExport abilities and will demonstrate how to export the grid to a desired location which you can specify: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/winforms/controls/gridview/exporting-data/spread-export

    In addition, you can refer to our Demo application >> GridView >> Export >> Export with Document Processing Libraries example and give it a try.
