I am not sure what you mean by "inserting image into rad grid" but if you are retrieving an Image as binary array from a database you can use the ImageHelper class to convert the image and assign it to a desired element.
If you are trying to bind an image column to database you can take a look at our demo application (under the GridView section click ColumnTypes).
If you are trying to achieve something else, I want to kindly ask you to specify your exact goals for this case.
