RadForm 2009Q2 designer context menu does not seem to work (VS 2008)

Since I upgraded to 2009Q2, the context menu does no longer show up on a RadForm derived form in VS2008.

We have determined the reason for it and have already addressed it. The fix will be available in Q2 2009 SP1.
