I am having troubles to Import PDF documents based on an Ownerpassword. Is there a way to open these documents?
The only info I find was based on Java:

Hi,
Or could it be something to do with 128/RC4 encryption? Opening the document with PDFViewer I only get a part of the PDF (graphic part) and no Text.

As far as I can see, there is a support ticket opened by you on the same case. I have investigated the document attached in the private thread and the issue is related to unsupported Type3 font in the document contents. The text defined with such font type is the part that is missing as its font cannot be parsed. We have a feature request logged for this functionality: ADD. RadPdfViewer - add support for Type 3 fonts. Make sure to vote for the item as this directly increases its priority. You can also subscribe to receive notifications about status changes using the Follow button of the item.
