Unfortunately, nesting RadDocking controls is not a supported feature. We have logged it in PITS, you can view it here. You can vote for it, track its status and see when it is going to be implemented.

I am afraid that nesting RadDocking controls is still not supported. At the moment we cannot commit to a certain timeframe for implementing this feature.
