Hi Marcus,
The buttons do not have mnemonics functionality as we provided only the default behavior, such as in Windows OS. Putting mnemonics inside a button will break some of MS UI guidelines.
However every RadItem has the ability to execute command bindings, in this case the ActionCommand which performs a Click operation. It should work correctly, but if you have experienced problems, please provide us with more information, so that our team can reproduce the situation here locally and possibly find what causes the fault behavior and help you out.
