RadBook showing blackish image of content.

Hi Team,

I am using RadBook for showing PDF files, but i have notice one thing with RadBook(and also with RadPdfViewer) RadBook is showing Blackish Image rather than showing original  Image. and also does not showing some text properly.

Please let me know to solve this problem.

Hello Mandeep,

The problem is probably related to unsupported color space in the PDF file. You can refer to this article for a list of not implemented features in the viewer.

If you like, you can open a support ticket and attach the file in question, so that we can verify that this is the cause of the issue.

Hi Team,

Also RadBook not displaying the PDFdocument in proper formate. Its also not support the embedded font.
I am attaching the screenshot of PDF document in which I have used "Arial" font.

Please let me know how to fix this problem.

Hi Kammen,

I am failing to attach the PDF here...as it does not allow PDF to be uploaded, so you can download it from "http://www.telerik.com/ClientsFiles/005cc2c5-8fdf-4cfe-af12-07a29be40370_1-2011-Brochure-Bluefleet.zip" (uploaded while generating a ticket for the same issue).

If I am loading this PDF in "RadControls for WPF Q2 2012 SP1 Demos"  -- A Telerik Demo(in which we can load the PDF), then it fails to load properly(i.e. not formatted).

So this may be an issue with PDF formatting i.e. with PDF fonts or other settings. So can you please guide me to use the exact format which Telerik is fully supporting...so that we can have the fully formatted PDF.
