I must inform you that RadChart control is not in active development and it will not receive updates or support in future. We highly recommend our customers to use RadChartView instead for its proven exceptional performance, rich functionality and easy set up. Our documentation topic will walk you through the major highlights of the two controls. We have no plans to add 3D support for RadChartView and when we do, we will probably aim for implementing true 3D series that visualize XYZ points like Manhattan Bar and 3D Surface chart types and not the pseudo 3D support that is available right now in RadChart that visualizes XY points in three dimensions.
Please review our online demo with full source code provided that demonstrates how you might use images as ChartView labels. The approach will be the same for HorizontalAxis Labels.
