r.a.d. Ribbon doesn't show in C # Express

I downloaded r.a.d. RibbonBar from the Microsoft Connect website link that I got when I installed Visual C# Express.  I've installed it, but it doesn't show up in the toolbox within Visual C# Express.  it does show up in Visual Studio 2005 though.  Any idea why this is happening?  If this control is on the Microsoft Connect downloads site along with other things for the Express editions of Visual Studio products, shouldn't it work with the express editions?

Hi jaypee68,

Our product is offered as a registration benefit for Visual Studio 2005 purchasers. Unfortunately, Visual C# Express is not part of this package, although it would be nice if we supported it. I have logged this in our system and we will research the option to support it in the future.

I thank you for the quick reply, and I understand, but I'm also puzzled as to why this free control is grouped into other downloads for Express editions for Visual Studio.  It doesn't make any sense for Microsoft to provide this download there if it cannot be used with those editions.
