I'm now using the Control RadTreeView in my application. When the mouse enters the areas of a RadTreeNode, the node will be showed with highlight back groud, it looks nice but my client don't like that. So how to disable that?

Hello Shuo,

That highlight animation comes from the theme. In order to remove it you will have to modify the theme that you use in your application, save it as a custom theme and then use it in your application. You can take a look at these resources for themes and Visual Style Builder:
KB article: Adding custom redistributable themes to your applications
Using the Visual Style Builder part I - video
Using the Visual Style Builder part II - video

You can also review the help for more info on Themes and Styles:
