Proper format of static HTML table with Kendo grid Style?

I am trying to keep consistency in my app with the Kendo css I've chosen. However, I am having issues figuring out how to apply the styles to a STATIC HTML table with no functionality. I DO NOT want to create the table dynamically, I just want to statically apply the styles to a regular HTML table. 

The issue is I cannot get the correct format with the divs and the table itself correct. I've tryed numerous formats and cannot get the header correct and cannot get rid of the scroll bar to the right.

Hi Benjamin,

What have you tried so far? Have you inspected the Kendo UI Grid HTML output with Firebug? What are the differences, compared to your table's HTML output?

Here is the simpler way how a Kendo UI Grid can be rendered when scrolling is disabled:
