We are testing file uploading under remote server (deployed web application),

sometimes I experienced more than 100% progress upload, but I cannot replicate after that.

then on the other day, I experienced again 102% progress bar while uploading a file.



I'm using IE-9 and IE-11.



Can you please provide a solution for this?

We covered the question in the other thread on the same topic. The issue is related to a bug in Internet Explorer and is reproducing with every FormData request, not just with the Kendo UI Upload widget. You could check this on your end to assure it. This is why we cannot provide a workaround for the problem.
