Dear staff,
I am integrating Telerik Reporting on ASP.Net. When I clicking Preview button or export to file to view, there are no current page link on page footer but I print on page directly. I see this link on the page footer. This causes issue when I send invoice to customer.

How to resolve this issue

Thanks

Hi Khoa Diep,

What is the "current page link", is that a html hyperlink you are trying to render, or are you using the "=PageCount" expression?

As a rule, what you see when you hit the Preview button inside the report designer (when you design the report) is exactly what you get on the printer.

It will be great if you elaborate a little more on the issue you are facing and attach some screenshot demonstrations. Or even open a support ticket and attach a simple report reproducing the described behavior. To do so, please ask the person who has purchased our tools in your company to add you as a License Developer to the purchase. Detailed steps on how to do this, and on License Developers in general you can find here:  http://www.telerik.com/account/faqs.aspx. This will help us reply faster and will give you full access to the Downloads and our support services.

Kind regards,

Dear staff,
I hit Preview button to see content of report or export to file, I will see all what I would like to print. But when I print all pages on my report by laser printer or dot-maxtrix printer, I see there are one line on the footer page which I printed.

Really, this line is like the link in Address bar (current page), is existing on footer page

Maybe, I don't know property to set invisible to this line

Thanks

Hello Khoa Diep,

Are you using the web browser Print function to print the current page rendered in the browser? If that is the case, the line you see on the paper is added from the browser(the address of the current html page), and this is outside of our control.

My advice is to use the report viewer's Print button, in which case you will not see any additional lines on the printed paper.

If this is not the case, we will need a sample report demonstrating the described behavior, in order to help you further. You can send us the report in a new support ticket. To get access to our support ticketing system, please ask the person who purchased the controls in your company to add you as a License Developer. More on License Developers and the steps that need to be performed you can find there: www.telerik.com/account/faqs.aspx.

All the best,
Milen
